In April of 2019 organizations and offices that deliver and/or facilitate professional development for public, public charter, and independent school teachers and leaders throughout the State of Hawaiʻi gathered for two days. Why? To get to know each other: to create partnerships: and to build a map of our collective work. We called this event ʻAha Kūkā: A Gathering Around Building Our Capacity. We believe that collectively leveraging our relationships will impact the educational experience of thousands, tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands of young students throughout our pae ʻāina. We invite you to explore our MW1V Blog, our Ulū Waʻa (list of partners), our (coming soon) WSCBH podcast series and our Kumu network map. If your organization or office should be a part of the network map, use our contact page to share your story and information.
